first, you need a scroll box. you can get one anywhere

you can go to google and look up "scroll boxes"

then you post that onto which ever area you want it to be in.

after that, you go to photobucket or some other photo uploading site and then get the code for HTML. you paste that code into the area where it says TEXT HERE TEXT HERE in the scroll box. (some scroll box might not have the "TEXT HERE" written in)

if you want to change the size of your scroll box, try messing around with the pixels. i always do until i find the size that i like the most. dont forget to save! oh and when y ou do preview, it always looks different so what you do it save, look at it and then change it again if you dont like the size.
