there is an icon that looks like a little tree third from the right. that is the link button, click on it and a thing will pop up top of your screen asking for URL address, you need to put a URL address in there. from your photo bucket.. it will put the image on your page..
you can copy and paste the pic, it will stay there as long as it is not moved or deleted from where you are taking it from..
the icon is on your tool bar at the top when you are doing your blog.. just over from smiley faces..

well, you can go to tinypic.com and they have an upload forum thing, and you get a picture from you're computer (must be saved onto your computer) and you click upload then you'll have the url for it. then you copy and paste it. i believe thats how you do it.
