i have a camera phone, and have emailed the pictures from my phone to myself. Can I use those as pics on my myspace? And if so, How?

You need to put the pics on the harddrive of your computer. Usually in the My Pictures Folder inside the My Documents Folder.
On your Myspace Home Page (not your profile page) where you check your messages etc. You click on Add/Edit Photos next to your profile picture. Then you will see a box that says Photo Upload and next to it a Browse button click on it and it will bring up a box where you can select files from your computer. Find the files you want click on them and click open.

You'd just have to download the attachment from the e-mail unto your computer, then go into the upload pictures section of myspace and hit "browse" the look for wherever you put the pictures.
The attachement can usually be downloaded by clicking on it, or right clicking%26gt; save target as.

save them to your computer then just load them up, they will probably be a little small but it should work
