well, i'm asuming your picture you want to use is in your "my pictures." so just go to paint, file, open, and double click the picture so it comes up. do whatever you want to the picture (color on it, put some text) then go back to file, save as (whatever you want to save it as) and it should be back in your pictures so you can upload it to your myspace.

as for pics go. you can do anything with theme. sometimes i take my pics and edit them in pain shop. then upload em to photobucket. get the code and past it to my profile. its realy easy.
