Well i reaaally dont want anyone to save my pictures or anything like that, because i just made a myspace and idont want anyone taking my pics and doing stupid things to them and posting them online or something. So what does tagging a photo do? does that prevent everyone from stealing them or what? if so please let me know because i want to be save. And anyway is there a way to hide your pics only NOT from your friends? please help lol im lost. thanks.

Tagging a photo only identifies who is in the photo. Nope it doesn't prevent someone from stealing them it only identifies who is in the photo. You can set your albums/pictures to private so no one can view them and only you can if you'd like.
What will help is if you go to your myspace home page. Click account settings. Then the page will load and you will then see the text that says privacy that is the color blue (towards the top of the page). Click the text privacy. Make sure the box that says Photos: Allow my photos to be shared/emailed is not checked..

Tagging a picture does not keep them safe. It just lets people know who's in it, and if pictures are tagged, other people can click on the person's name and go directly to their myspace. Go to Account settings, then Privacy, and click that you only want your profile to be viewed by your friends. That's the easiest thing to do. Or you can click that you only want your friends to view your pictures. That way other people can still go to your page, but not look at your pics unless they're your friends.
