and then i tryd puttin the url in %26lt;img src="%26gt;

but it didnt work

Upload the picture to photobucket and then copy and paste the html code into the caption.

and use the html code it gives with with the %26lt;img src='''%26gt; code.

tinypic's codes are smaller and will fit in the caption box.

the photobucket codes are too big and your picture will not show up, all you will get is to dots.
