WoW, that's an awesome pic! if you have a few lifetimes, you could eventually do something with that behemoth program A.K.A PHOTOSHOP ... or, you might like an online solution, such as http://www.befunky.com/ ... it's, as far as i know free (PS isn't!) and quite user friendly. you probably won't be able to alter your pics as much as you'd like but they do have a couple of trippy options ... Well first of all you need to be really good with photoshop. Second of all i think you have to buy some kind of program to have a background like that.
